Acceptable Use & Marketplace Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026

This policy explains the rules for using ViraKeys, including licenses, downloads, Google Drive sources, and the marketplace.

Prohibited use

You must not use ViraKeys to:

✓Store, distribute, sell, or facilitate access to stolen, cracked, leaked, malicious, or infringing software, credentials, license keys, or files.
✓Bypass licensing restrictions, plan limits, access controls, payment controls, or download protections.
✓Impersonate another person, submit false authorization evidence, misrepresent ownership, or deceive customers or rights holders.
✓Interfere with ViraKeys, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape data, send spam, introduce malware, or violate applicable law.

Resale and delivery rules

You may use marketplace delivery only where you have clear, current, written authorization to resell or redistribute the relevant product. Personal-use licenses, private-vault records, and commercial-use rights that do not expressly authorize resale are not eligible for marketplace delivery.

You must provide accurate authorization evidence when requested and keep it current. ViraKeys may preserve authorization evidence, review decisions, takedown reasons, delivery records, and refund history even after a listing is removed or an account deletion request is made.

Google Drive sources

Only connect a Google Drive account that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for ensuring that files selected from Drive may be delivered to the intended recipient. Disconnecting or deleting the connected Drive source can make a package unavailable; ViraKeys will not substitute another person's Drive account.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, remove, disable, revoke, or report content, listings, deliveries, or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, payment partners, or the service. We may preserve relevant evidence for security, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Reporting concerns

To report suspected infringement, unauthorized resale, abuse, or a security concern, contact privacy@virakeys.com with enough detail for us to investigate.
