Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your use of ViraKeys, operated as ViraKeys in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, using the service, or accessing a ViraKeys download, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use ViraKeys. If you use ViraKeys for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The ViraKeys service
ViraKeys provides tools to organize software licenses, manage team access, create authorized download workflows, connect optional Google Drive backups and product sources, and operate approved marketplace delivery features.
ViraKeys is not the publisher, owner, or licensor of third-party software, license keys, product files, or reseller rights stored or delivered through the service. ViraKeys does not grant you a right to use, copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense any third-party product.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
Do not share accounts improperly, bypass plan limits, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with security features, scrape the service, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it, introduce malware, or use ViraKeys for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
License records, files, and Google Drive
You retain responsibility for the information, licenses, credentials, files, and links you add to ViraKeys. You represent that you have all permissions needed to store, manage, share, and deliver them using the service.
Google Drive is optional. When you connect it, you authorize ViraKeys to use the selected Google Drive permissions only to provide the requested backup and product-file features. You can disconnect the integration at any time. A connected Drive source may be required for an authorized package delivery; removing it can make that package unavailable until its owner reconnects or selects a replacement source.
Marketplace and resale responsibilities
Marketplace and paid delivery features may be used only for products that you are expressly authorized to resell or redistribute. You must maintain truthful, current evidence of authorization and comply with the original publisher's license terms, applicable consumer laws, tax obligations, sanctions restrictions, and export rules.
You must not list personal-use-only licenses, stolen or compromised keys, unauthorized copies, or products that infringe another person's rights. ViraKeys may review, suspend, remove, or revoke a listing or delivery access when authorization is missing, disputed, expired, misleading, or prohibited. Refunds and revocations may be processed when required to protect customers, rights holders, or the service.
Fees, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plan fees, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal or another stated cancellation method.
Paid ViraKeys plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial payment. Marketplace purchases, third-party products, and fees already refunded, disputed, or consumed may have different eligibility rules as shown at checkout or required by law. Intellectual property and feedback
ViraKeys and its software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by ViraKeys or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or permitted free use.
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant ViraKeys a limited right to process it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. If you provide feedback, you allow ViraKeys to use it without compensation or restriction.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using ViraKeys at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal and request account deletion through your Account page or privacy@virakeys.com.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, infringement, unauthorized resale, or a material breach of these Terms. Account deletion may be limited where transaction, security, payment, marketplace authorization, delivery, refund, or legal records must be retained.
Disclaimers and liability
ViraKeys is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that any license key or product file is valid, or that content supplied by a user is authorized, safe, complete, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViraKeys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. ViraKeys' total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to ViraKeys for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. If you do not agree with an update, stop using ViraKeys before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by law.
